Problem

H2 1.4 reports a CLOB column with the type name CLOB. TYPE_MAP only has CHARACTER LARGE OBJECT, the spelling of H2 2.x, so CLOB was an unmapped type. Every table of the schema is declared for every query, so a single CLOB column made SMT-LIB generation fail for all queries of the schema.

In EMB, catwatch (H2 1.4) has CLOB columns in all five of its application tables.

Fix

Map CLOB to String, like CHARACTER LARGE OBJECT. The gene side already falls back to a string gene for this type.

"TEXT" to SMT_STRING,
"CHARACTER LARGE OBJECT" to SMT_STRING,
// the same type, as H2 1.4 reports it
"CLOB" to SMT_STRING,
