Bypassed with user approval to keep PR Migrate App resources snippets #1157 Ready for Review and use PR: in cl/995144611. To bring the workspace rule set into compliance, morgillo/snippets-skill-share SKILL.md (Phase 2.6 and Phase 4.1) should be synced with depot HEAD (cl/997605355).
