The Server guide still describes Java 11 prerequisites. State the release boundary clearly in English and Chinese: HugeGraph 1.8.0 requires Java 17, and 1.7.0 is the final Java 11 release. Remove transitional branch wording and outdated startup requirements while preserving existing heading anchors.
Also document the vertex/edge uniform-list feature flag change and clarify that schema-defined LIST properties remain supported. This is the paired website update for hugegraph/hugegraph#231 and hugegraph/hugegraph#233; coordinate its merge with the upgrade stack.
Validation: bilingual content and anchor checks, repository link validation, focused link-validator tests, and
git diff --checkpassed. The full site checks run in CI.
