Bumps Version.API_SPEC_VERSION and Version.CLIENT_VERSION/pom.xml to 0.6.3. The spec delta (docs PRs apify/apify-docs#2931, #2932, #2922) only loosens nullability on already-nullable/unmodeled fields and adds Task.description, which this client already implements, so no functional code changed.
