Play requires a versionCode higher than the last upload accepted in the track. Raise the base versionCode so the on-demand Play AAB is accepted. The versionName is unchanged.

versionCodefrom 64 to 65. TheversionName(v1.1.0) isunchanged.
Why
Don't reuse version code previously in the track. The on-demand Play AAB needs a higher code to be
accepted.
