add imperative and Preact pizza demos

[rauhryan]

Add equivalent pizza delivery applications for clack/ui and its Preact
adapter. Drive both through Ghostwright from separate processes, including
responsive layout, modal focus containment, restored tab order, form
submission, and native caret behavior.
