fix: read directories in name order so Bun indexes like Node - #436
Conversation
Node's readdirSync returns names sorted; Bun returns the filesystem's order. Files were therefore indexed in a different order under Bun, and equal-score search and explore results differed from Node's. Read directories through a name-sorted helper in the scanner and resolution walks. Also guard channel.unref in the highlight worker: Bun's subprocess.channel has no ref/unref, so highlighting fell back to plain text under Bun.

cg.searchNodes(...).codegraph_explorebuilds file candidates separately and applies its own comparator, so an explore-only ordering regression can pass this test. What changed
readDirEntrieshelper (src/directory.ts), used by the file scanner and the resolution walks. Node'sreaddirSyncreturns sorted names (libuv sorts); Bun returns the filesystem's order. Under Bun, files were indexed in a different order, and equal-score search and explore results (tie-broken by insertion order) came out differently from Node's. Reduced repro: three identical markdown files; Node indexeslarge-doc0, 1, 2, Bun indexeslarge-doc2, 0, 1.bounded-tokenize.tscallsc.channel?.unref?.(). Bun's subprocess channel has noref/unref(subprocess.channel is an empty Control stub (missing ref/unref/refCounted/unrefCounted) — breaks execa's execaNode() oven-sh/bun#33593), so the highlight worker never started and every slice fell back to plain text.__tests__/index-order-ties.test.tsfails on Bun without the fix. Results
