Exact package update from
bootc-dev/gh-agentic-workflows@v0.2.2usinggh aw add --force. Stable gh-aw cannot select an exact new package tag withgh aw update, and package-aware URL updates are not stable.This is an overwrite, not a three-way merge. Review local package-file customizations that may have been replaced and stale package files that may have been retained. The drafter and fixer network policy was reapplied after the refresh.
