RFC - Long Term Support Branch (Security Fixes Only)

Add automated CEF builds for LTC and LTS channels. While these channels target primarily ChromeOS (details) they should still receive platform-agnostic security fixes that are relevant for CEF users.

As per chromiumembedded/cef#3947 CEF is considering adding builds for LTC/LTS channels.

They will only receive Chromium Security updates, not bug fixes or enhancements.

Is it worth maintaining a long term support branch?

It would help us to distribute an LTS of CEF as many of our enterprise customers does not like to update apps too often.

Although we have an auto-update mechanism for majority of customers, having LTS would be beneficial.

It would also help us with planning the releases as right now we are not sure which CefSharp release to target for as sometimes security fixes are included in the first release of the milestone and other times they are included in the second release.
