Prepare Dev Session Buddy for distribution as an npm package with CLI tools.

Tasks

• Configure package.json for npm publishing
• Create bin scripts for CLI commands
• Set up npm-specific gitignore rules
• Add npm publishing to GitHub Actions
• Create npm-specific documentation

Technical Requirements

• Package name availability check
• Proper module exports
• CLI command structure
• Version management strategy
