Preserve every started runtime for cleanup.
Thanks for adding cleanup on startup failure. If two Functions have the same name and a later Function fails, contexts retains only the second runtime under that name. This call cannot stop the first runtime, so its container remains running. Could we reject a duplicate name before starting its runtime, or retain every started RuntimeContext for cleanup?

…fails to start StartFunctionRuntimes starts each Function's runtime in turn. If getting or starting a later runtime failed it returned the error without stopping the runtimes it had already started, so their containers were leaked and the caller had no FunctionAddresses to stop them with. On a get or start failure, stop the runtimes started so far with StopFunctionRuntimes, which detaches the stop from ctx's cancellation (ctx may be why the start failed). The start error stays primary; any stop errors are joined to it. FunctionAddresses also kept runtimes in a map keyed by Function name, so when two Functions shared a name the first runtime was overwritten and never stopped, on success as well as on rollback. It now keeps every started runtime in a slice; addresses stay keyed by name, last wins. StartFunctionRuntimes is now a thin wrapper over startFunctionRuntimes, which takes the runtime getter as a parameter so the rollback can be tested. Description of your changes
If a later Function failed to start,
StartFunctionRuntimesreturned without stopping the runtimes it had already started, leaking their containers. It now stops them withStopFunctionRuntimes(detached from ctx's cancellation) and returns the start error with any stop errors joined.Runtimes were also kept in a map keyed by Function name, so with duplicate names (e.g.
cmd/crossplane/render/testdata/functions.yaml) the first was never stopped, on success or rollback. They're now kept in a slice; addresses stay keyed by name, last wins. The runtime getter is now injected through an unexported
startFunctionRuntimesfor testing; the exported signature is unchanged.Fixes #396
