Migrate repo to Crossplane DevEx #17

What problem are you facing?

With PR crossplane/cli#170 we aim to add Typescript support to Crossplane projects. When that is merged, migrate this repo to be an example Typescript project that can be used to generate new functions.

How could this Function help solve your problem?

• Create a new branch, something like legacy builder that contains the contents of this current repo.
• Setup main to represent a Crossplane project.
