fix(deploy): fail the deploy when a kubelet runs without a declared setting - #4621
Conversation
…etting The kubelet settings read-back started as a warning because it had never been read against production. It has since passed on all 25 production deploys that ran it (7 nodes, one of them autoscaler-provisioned), so the observe-only switch is removed and a finding now fails the deploy. The guard test requires the deploy step not to set the switch. Fixes #3137 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Why
Two production nodes once ran for weeks without the disk-pressure protection the platform declares, and nothing reported it. A check that reads every node after each deploy was added as a warning only, because it had never been compared with production.
What
That check has passed on all 25 production deploys since it was added, so a node that runs without a declared setting now fails the deploy instead of only warning. Nothing changes while the nodes match what is declared.
