chore: bump go to 1.27.2 and golangci-lint to v2.14.0 - #690

go 1.26.9 -> 1.27.2 in go.work, every module go directive, and the store bake default. go.work.sum and vendor/modules.txt regenerated with `make mod`. golangci-lint refuses modules whose go directive is newer than the Go version it was built with. v2.12.2 is built with go1.26 and cannot lint go 1.27 modules; v2.14.0 is the first release built with go1.27. Fallout under v2.14.0: - gofumpt's `extra-rules` setting is deprecated; use `extra.group-params`. - nolintlint flags the `//nolint:unused` on optionFunc.apply because `unused` no longer reports the method. - gofumpt wants a blank line between fakeService.Collections and fakeService.ReadAlias.
