Summary

The "Corrupt test files" and "Test files in CI" pages, added in #159, were not in the site menu. Both were written with "parent": "use-cases" in site.json, and navFor leaves out every page that has a parent, in both the header and the footer. A visitor could only reach them through a link in the prose of the "Use cases" and "Documentation" pages.

This removes the parent from both pages in all 22 languages, so they are top-level pages next to the others.

What changes

Header and footer: every page in every language now lists the two guides after "FAQ" (nine items instead of seven). The header already wraps its links inside their own space, so the longer rows of other languages are still handled by the existing layout.
Breadcrumb: the structured data of these two pages now says Home > page where it said Home > Use cases > page.
Unchanged: the links to both pages from "Use cases" and from the documentation, the URLs, the sitemap and the hreflang alternates.
Published pages: web/public is rendered again with TFG_WRITE_SITE=1, which is why 331 files change. The only difference in them is the two menu entries (header and footer), plus the breadcrumb on the two pages themselves.

Testing

Rendered the site again with TFG_WRITE_SITE=1 go test -tags "$(cat .github/build-tags)" ./internal/guard/ -run TestTheSiteSaysWhatTheToolSays.
Checked the generated English home page: the header lists both guides, and on each guide the item is marked aria-current="page".
Ran the site, language, preset and hreflang guards in internal/guard: they pass.

Not checked: how the nine-item header looks in the languages with the longest labels (German, Russian, Vietnamese) on a phone. It should wrap like the existing links do, but I did not look at it in a browser.
