Add aarch64_linux support to FFI SlotHandleStorage layout

• building cryptoki in crypto repo for aarch64-linux Cryptoki: Fix aarch64-linux build  inc_security_crypto#253
• Integration to reference integration repo inc_security_crypto#173
• issue raised in this PR crypto: extend linux matrix with aarch64 build. inc_security_crypto#247

Changes

• updated bazel files to build for aarch64-linux target
• extended score_log_bridge/src/adapter.cpp & src/ffi.rs to compile for the new added aarch64-linux target
