Bump Codex client version to list gpt-6-sol and gpt-6-luna - #622

The ChatGPT Codex /models endpoint filters models by the client version the request presents. gpt-6-sol and gpt-6-luna require 0.155.0, so the pinned 0.153.1 hid them from ChatGPT OAuth accounts. Present 0.155.1: newest requirement plus 0.0.1, as before. Also fix the stale query-commands integration test: master added the /plugin-update command and changed the plugin-uninstall argument description without updating the test, which left CI red on every branch based on it.
