Looks good, straightforward dependency version bump. Checked yarn.lock diff: only the fast-uri transitive dependency's version and checksum change from 3.1.6 to 3.1.8, no other entries touched, and no source/config files modified.

Extended reasoning...

The diff is limited to yarn.lock, bumping the transitive dependency fast-uri from 3.1.6 to 3.1.8 (version and checksum only), a Dependabot security update. No application, config, or documentation code is touched, so there is no security-sensitive surface introduced by this change itself. The change is small, mechanical, and matches an established pattern (automated dependency bump), so it is safe to approve without further human review.
