Summary
Documents the new
config.extraDependencies/config.extraDevDependenciesoptions for the CLI generator, added in fern-api/fern#17810. TwoParamFields on the CLI generator configuration page, placed afterpackageIdentity, including the note that onlyCargo.tomlis written andCargo.lockis resolved by the firstcargo build.Should merge after (or with) the generator release that ships the option.
