Flutter beta 3.49.0-0.1.pre pins test_api 0.7.14 / matcher 0.12.20, which requires test >=1.31.2 and therefore analyzer >=13. build ^3, freezed ^3, and pigeon <27 all cap analyzer below 13, so workspace resolution fails. Widen the upper bounds (lower bounds unchanged so stable still resolves).
