ci: Add GitHub Actions workflow for automated testing and builds

Description

Summary

Adds the initial GitHub Actions CI workflow (.github/workflows/main.yml) to handle automated testing, dependency installation, code quality checks, and build artifact archiving on pushes and pull requests to main.

Key Changes

  • Workflow Configuration: Created .github/workflows/main.yml configured to trigger on push and pull_request to main, as well as manual triggers via workflow_dispatch.
  • Node.js Setup: Added multi-step pipeline using actions/setup-node@v4 targeted at Node.js v20 with dependency caching.
  • Automated Scripts: Integrated sequential execution steps for linting, security audit checks (npm audit), test suites (npm test), and production compilation (npm run build).
  • Artifact Storage: Configured actions/upload-artifact@v4 to store production build outputs for review.

Testing & Verification

  • Verified YAML syntax structure in repository editor.
  • Trigger test run on pull request merge to confirm pipeline execution success.

This workflow automates the CI/CD process for the CypherTube project, including steps for checking out the repository, setting up the Node.js environment, installing dependencies, running linting and security audits, executing tests, building artifacts, and uploading the build artifact.

Thanks for the contribution. However, the workflow added is too generic and is not relevant for this repository.
