Adds the new aee community extension entry and documentation row in alphabetical order.

Validation results: all submission checks passed. The extension ID and version formats are valid; the public repository contains extension.yml, README.md, and LICENSE; the download URL is repository-owned and pinned to v1.0.0; the published v1.0.0 release exists and is not a draft or prerelease; the archive is accessible; and all required issue checklists are checked.

The catalog entry records the verified process / read-write metadata, six commands, five hooks, required Spec Kit version, AEE dependency, and submitted links. The catalog top-level timestamp is updated to 2026-09-15T00:00:00Z.
