Maven 3.10.0 upgraded to Maven Resolver 2.x, which validates artifact coordinates and rejects classifiers containing `/` (`Invalid Collect Request`). Eclipse Tycho injects nested `Bundle-ClassPath` JARs (`lib/guava.jar` and `lib/google-java-format.jar` in `eclipse_plugin`) as `system`-scoped dependencies using the raw `Bundle-ClassPath` entry as the classifier (eclipse-tycho/tycho#6399). Set `-Dmaven.resolver.validation=MILD` in `.mvn/jvm.config` to work around this. PiperOrigin-RevId: 998028448
