Scopes Ubuntu binary-to-source package mappings by normalized Ubuntu release ecosystem (Ubuntu:<release>:<binary_name>).

  • Protobuf & API: Adds ecosystem to UbuntuPackageMappingParameters (POST /v1experimental/ubuntu/binary-to-source), requiring a release suffix (e.g. Ubuntu:22.04, Ubuntu:22.04:LTS, or Ubuntu:Pro:22.04:LTS) and normalizing optional :Pro and :LTS modifiers.
  • Storage (datastore & jsonstore): Keys UbuntuPackageMapping entities in Datastore by <normalized_ecosystem>:<binary_name> and stores nested ecosystem -> binary_name -> []source_names in jsonstore.
  • Mapper (ubuntubinarymapper): Extracts and merges binary-to-source mappings per normalized Ubuntu release ecosystem.

…ethod (#6136)

> [!NOTE]
> Stacked on top of #6135.

Adds `ExperimentalQueryUbuntuPackageMapping` to `osvdev.OSVClient` in
`bindings/go` for calling `POST
/v1experimental/ubuntu/binary-to-source`.

- Automatically chunks requests with more than
`MaxPackagesPerUbuntuMappingRequest` (1000) binary names and executes
them concurrently while preserving input order.
- Adds unit tests for single-batch queries, automatic chunking (>1000
packages), and error propagation.
