Remove entries whose sites no longer resolve (Kik, Skype, Cisco Spark, Haven OnDemand, Recast.AI, Botmock, BotTesting, Teamchat, Terminal Bot List, Skype Bot Directory) and two tutorial links that 404, replace the Spark and Bot Framework links with their current locations, point Slack Store at the Slack Marketplace, drop the discontinued Kik libraries section, and add the missing Conferences entry to the TOC.

Several entries in the README point at sites that no longer resolve, and the Conferences section is missing from the table of contents.
I checked every link in the README with HEAD and GET requests; only the ones above are unreachable. Entries that just redirect to a different page on the same site were left alone.
