skills 管理不支持 .agents 标准目录（~/.agents/skills） #3

背景

CLI 的 skills 管理目前只支持固定目标：

hduhelp-cli skills install --target codex|claude|cursor --scope user|project

但 .agents/skills 正在成为跨 agent 的通用 skill 目录标准（DSH 等运行时默认从 $HOME/.agents/skills 加载，可用 DSH_AGENTS_HOME 覆盖）。把 CLI 生成的 skill 放在 ~/.agents/skills 后，CLI 自己认不出来。

现状

skill 位于 ~/.agents/skills/<name> 时：

$ hduhelp-cli skills discover --json

$ hduhelp-cli skills doctor --target claude --scope user --json
# 9 个 skill 全部 status: "missing"，destination 指向 ~/.claude/skills/...

已有可用旋钮

HDUHELP_SKILLS_DIR 确实能覆盖安装与校验路径：

$ HDUHELP_SKILLS_DIR=$HOME/.agents/skills hduhelp-cli skills doctor --target claude --scope user --json
# 9 个 skill 全部 status: "ok"，destination 为 ~/.agents/skills/<name>

但：

1. hduhelp-cli skills --help 没有提到这个环境变量；
2. skills discover 在设置了该变量后仍返回 installations: []；
3. --target 仍必须传 codex/claude/cursor 之一，语义别扭。

建议

1. 增加 --target agents，默认路径 $DSH_AGENTS_HOME 或 $HOME/.agents/skills；
2. 或在 skills --help / README 中记录 HDUHELP_SKILLS_DIR，并让 skills discover 感知它；
3. skills doctor 输出可附带实际解析到的 skills 根目录，便于排查。

影响

无法用 CLI 自带能力校验/升级非 codex/claude/cursor 目标下的 skill，只能自行比对 .hduhelp-cli-managed.json 的 bundle_sha256。
