Rebuilt the lock bump on current main and regenerated package-lock.json with `npm install --package-lock-only`. Dependabot's original bump had dropped the 18 nested @sentry/node -> @opentelemetry/* lock entries (added in #3900), breaking `npm ci`; this keeps them intact.
