The guide moved to .github/CONTRIBUTING.md. These references still resolved against the old root location, or were left half-updated, so they 404 or land on the wrong file from where they are written. - `.github/CONTRIBUTING.md`: in-guide links withdrawn one level to the root - `SECURITY.adoc`: CONTRIBUTING.md -> .github/CONTRIBUTING.md - `actions/validate/CONTRIBUTING.adoc`: target now matches the displayed path - `bindings/deno/CONTRIBUTING.adoc`: target now matches the displayed path - `bindings/haskell/CONTRIBUTING.adoc`: target now matches the displayed path - `bindings/rust/CONTRIBUTING.adoc`: target now matches the displayed path - `editors/vscode/CONTRIBUTING.adoc`: target now matches the displayed path - `pandoc/CONTRIBUTING.adoc`: target now matches the displayed path
