…osed entries, pad category dirs One commit for three interleaved reworks of the same files: - Reconcile with the two 2026-10-04 architecture reviews (OpenCode / MiMo-V2.6-Flash, Qoder CN / Qwen3.8-Flash): correct stale facts (#1 getMyString 99/69 with no self-calls, #31 Theme.kt at 333 lines, #7 three cross-feature references with home <-> settings bidirectional, #14 SettingsRepository wording), drop #49's dead onCleared item, add #62-#67 (unguarded load failure paths, detection failure folded into definite conclusions, scrollbar composition-phase subscription, external links behind the package-visibility gate, title/data mismatches on Others rows, VNDK/APEX rule direction pending a ruling), and enrich #11/#18/#22/#27/#30/#33/#37/#43/#45 with verified specifics; the two reports' false positives (binder kernel value domain, Process.is64Bit gate, CDD YYYY-MM premise) are recorded with corrected premises or rejected outright. - Archive instead of delete: issues-cn/archived/ restores the four deleted current-generation entries (#5, #8, #10, the former #16) at their original paths, content as-deleted (record); closed-entry references in the tracker now link there; earlier generations stay unarchived (git log). - Pad the nine single-digit category directories to two digits so lexicographic order matches numeric order; 217 links, the README labels and prose mentions follow; archived originals keep their as-deleted paths; headings and anchors are display text and stay unpadded. Generated with ZCode (GLM-5.3-Flash, effort: max)

…-not-red rule - #33 re-classed as accepted (not a defect): an unknown / unreadable value's dot color follows each detection item's own semantics; no cross-item uniform mapping (lands on the same side as the 2026-09-22 Q9 ruling, closing the tracker-vs-spec conflict) - route: ruling item 0b removed; the tri-state type folds into registry step 2a; the mainline is now three steps - #3 has no pending prerequisite left; #63 cross-references updated Generated with ZCode (GLM-5.3-Flash, effort: max)

- #33 re-scoped: the per-item dot semantics ruling covers Home only; the former neutral note about Others/Prop colored failure rows is corrected - #69 new: others failure rows render a red dot via toErrorMyModel, violating the dots-are-Home-only requirement (prop already colorless, settings has no MyModel rows); fix direction = the prop-style colorless failure row - #3's scope line trued (prop no longer references StatusColor at all) - #62's ruling recorded in the entry (the UI-fallback direction is void; status to accepted) and the stopgap batch line drops it - #68: drop the lint-signal note per owner ruling - inspection-level findings get fixed directly, not documented Generated with ZCode (GLM-5.3-Flash, effort: max)
