🔍 What was changed

  • Publishing a GitHub release now builds the 252, 262 and openide variants in a matrix and attaches each ZIP to the release (testo-plugin-<version>.252.zip, ….262.zip, testo-plugin-openide-<version>.262.zip).
  • The assets no longer depend on the Marketplace upload: they are attached even if publishPlugin fails.
  • The changelog pull request is opened whenever the release has notes and CHANGELOG.md was patched. Its condition read a steps.properties output that no step sets, so it never ran.

Why?

Until now the release only got whatever publishPlugin left in build/distributions, so the OpenIDE build was missing from it.

Review notes

  • The openide matrix leg needs Add OpenIDE support #117: merge this one after it, or that leg fails on the release.
  • The changelog PR is created with GITHUB_TOKEN, so Allow GitHub Actions to create and approve pull requests must be on in the repository's Actions settings.

ci(release): open the changelog pull request whenever the changelog was patched

The release assets were whatever `publishPlugin` left in build/distributions, so the OpenIDE variant never reached the release. Each variant is now built in a matrix of its own, which also attaches the ZIPs when the Marketplace upload fails. The changelog step was gated on a `steps.properties` output no step produces, so it never ran.
