Status page for kernelci #565
Description
We need to monitor status of each "gear" in KernelCI: pipeline, api, how many kbuilds done last 24h, uptime of each subsystem, when last staging deployment was done, production etc etc
And it will nice to have status page where all this can be seen and monitored.
This might help also on troubleshooting issues like: kernelci/kernelci-pipeline#1425

This page also should be ad hoc to our infrastructure, i.e. we don't want the status page to go down when KCI goes down.
We also need to check in on 3rd-party offerings from LFX, etc. I will raise a email I remember this was an action on me after the meeting

Closing as completed. https://status.kernelci.org/ is live and independently shows uptime and health for the Dashboard, KCIDB submission flow and Maestro submissions, production API and Pipeline, Kubernetes, certificates, latency, artifact storage, rootfs storage, and deployment/incident history. Additional individual metrics can be proposed as focused follow-ups.
