Matches the workflow naming used across the labstack/echo repositories (labstack/echo#3141):

  • docs.yml becomes ci.yml (it was already named "CI"), and deploy.yaml becomes deploy.yml, so every file uses .yml.
  • The README and site/src/data/github.ts now reference deploy.yml.
  • CI now cancels superseded runs only for pull requests, so runs on master always finish, as in labstack/echo.

GitHub Pages deploys from whichever workflow publishes the artifact, so the rename doesn't affect deployment.

Match the naming used across labstack/echo repositories: the test and docs
workflow is ci.yml, and both files use the .yml extension. References in the
README and site/src/data/github.ts point at deploy.yml.

master always finish, as in labstack/echo.
