In portrait the left column's heights scale down together to leave room for the emoji and clock, and its text can shrink to 30% to fit.

@marionbarker thanks, fixed in 9eba111. On the SE the content above the emoji asked for more height than the screen has, which pushed the emoji and clock under the tab bar. In portrait the Snoozer now reserves room for the emoji and clock and scales the glucose, arrow, delta and reading age down together to fit what is left. Phones with enough room are unchanged. Landscape is unchanged. Checked in the simulator with the emoji and display name on: iPhone SE (3rd generation), iPhone 13 mini and iPhone 17 Pro, portrait with the snoozer bar hidden and showing, plus SE landscape.

Same check with the emoji turned off (display name on), comparing the PR before 9eba111 with the PR now. On the SE the clock was also hidden behind the tab bar without the emoji, and it now shows, with the snoozer bar hidden and showing. The 13 mini and 17 Pro look the same as before.

The Snoozer shows the trend arrow, delta, reading age and clock about twice as large in portrait, and the delta and reading age are drawn in full white instead of dimmed. The glucose value is laid out before the emoji and clock block so it gets the room it needs and ends up slightly larger than before. Delta, reading age and clock use monospaced digits so the text does not shift as the digits change. The emoji and clock keep a minimum height so nothing is clipped on small phones, and they share a single timeline view instead of two duplicated ones. Landscape keeps its current sizes, since the side by side layout has no vertical room to spare.
Verified on an iPhone 13 mini and a larger phone in portrait, with the emoji on and off and with the snoozer bar showing and hidden.
This replaces #647. Thanks @aug0211 for the idea and the first version. The min ago text, its update cadence, the alarm snooze panel and the auto hide behaviour are unchanged.
