Looks good. The guidance matches the other public SDK repositories, the CLAUDE.md import keeps AGENTS.md as the single source, and the retention claim holds here: a merged PR whose branch was deleted still shows its original branch name and head commit. One optional packaging note inline.

Adds an AGENTS.md whose first rule is that this repo is public: branch names, commit messages, PR text and assets are permanent, and closing a PR or renaming a branch does not take back what was already pushed. A one-line CLAUDE.md imports it so Claude Code loads it too. Same wording as the other public SDK repos.
