Bumps the version to 1.1.0 and adds the 1.1.0 CHANGELOG entry (the playtest-driven redesign, #267–#287).
Merge after QA. electron-builder names the GitHub release from
package.json, so this has to land onmainbeforev1.1.0is tagged. Otherwise the build uploads to av1.0.3release.Release steps after merge:

CITATION.cff, cherry-picked from the unmergedzenodobranch (4c433f0). The repo's Zenodo webhook archives a release when it is published, and Zenodo uses this file for the title, authors (with ORCIDs) and keywords.
