Move storage contracts to Core.Primitives and release 10.0.10

Move the new provider-independent storage contracts from ManagedCode.Storage.Core.Objects to ManagedCode.Storage.Core.Primitives, including the source folder, provider imports and integration tests. Update the architecture documentation and canonical package version to 10.0.10.

Validation: default suite 478 passed, 3 pre-existing skips; browser stress 2 passed; dotnet format completed; solution build succeeded with zero warnings and errors.
