…c comment sits on its function Two things the previous change left behind. The heading it added copied the file's existing star convention, which the current writing style does not use; and the SENTINEL_VERSION block landed between `sentinel_dir`'s doc comment and `sentinel_dir`, so the comment described the constant beneath it instead. Comments only.
