Automated dependency sweep: refresh the lockfile and raise direct-dependency specifiers to their latest eligible versions.

Proposed Changes

• Lockfile: regenerated uv.lock via uv lock --upgrade (ruff 0.16.7→0.16.10, pandas 3.0.5→3.0.6, starlette, huggingface-hub, and other transitive bumps).
• Direct specifiers:
  • azure-identity ~=1.25 → ~=1.26
  • azure-storage-blob ~=12.30 → ~=12.31
  • azure-cosmos ~=4.16 → ~=4.17
  • markitdown[pdf] ~=0.1.7 → ~=0.1.8
  • ipykernel ~=7.3 → ~=7.4
  • litellm pin 1.100.1 → 1.102.1
• Held back: networkx stays ~=3.6 — 3.7 requires Python >=3.12, incompatible with requires-python = ">=3.11,<3.14" (same constraint as the numpy ~=2.4 hold).
• Lint fallout: ruff 0.16.10's new UP052 (context-manager-iterator) flagged @contextmanager generators annotated Iterator; switched the 5 sites in graphrag-llm to Generator.
• Added a semversioner patch changelog entry.

Release-owned lines (graphrag-*== pins, version fields, graspologic-native, nltk holds) left untouched.
