Relax the
pyeeupper-bound pin from<14to<15inpyproject.tomlsoplaywrightcan be installed alongsidepyee14.x without encountering dependency resolution conflicts.The
EventEmitterandAsyncIOEventEmitterinterfaces used acrossplaywright-pythonremain fully compatible withpyee14.0.0.Fixes #3208
