Summary

Enable Azure V1 continuation-token paging using the original proxy for each page.
Hide tokens from public method signatures and support resuming through paging APIs.
Cover query/header tokens, body/header responses, nested properties, and XML.

has_more handling is out of scope; pagination ends when the response token is absent.

Validation

51 emitter tests, 20 Azure paging tests, and 11 ClientCore paging tests passed.
Java generator unit tests, build, formatting, lint, and type checks passed.
Sync-over-async and model-maximum-overload clients compiled and passed paging smoke tests.
