+From this package directory, run `pwsh eng\versioning\Sync-Versions.ps1` to sync
+`Project.Dependency`, generator/module POMs, the customization POM, and the generated-POM
+template with Azure SDK for Java's version files. Use `-WhatIf` to preview changes.

+`eng\versioning\external_dependencies.txt` lists the packages to sync; append `;version`
