Ports the landing site's design system (mintlify/landing public/design.md) to
the docs home page: warm neutral surfaces, hairline rails framing the content
column, a dot field in the page margins, 6px cards, and the brand green that
shifts hue between light and dark.

- Add home.css with the landing tokens, scoped to `.mint-home` so nothing
reaches the rest of the site.
- Replace the illustrated HeroCards with icon-led cards on the landing card
spec (muted Lucide icon, whitespace, bottom-anchored title and description,
hover reveals a trailing arrow and tints the icon brand green).
- Swap the decorative hero SVGs for a CSS dot field, and add a copy-to-clipboard
CLI install command to the hero, matching the landing hero's CTA row.
- Keep headings in Inter at the landing display sizes and tracking; the serif
display face is licensed and not available to the docs build.

Copy is unchanged.
The introduction hero now leads with the full "set up Mintlify with your agent"
prompt from the quickstart instead of `npm i -g mint`. It lands collapsed to
four lines behind a fade and expands in place, with Copy prompt and Open in
Cursor reachable in both states — reading the prompt is optional, running it is
the point.

The prompt text now also exists as a string in
snippets/setup-agent-prompt-text.mdx, because the built-in <Prompt> component
serializes its children's source rather than evaluating them and so cannot be
handed a variable. Both copies must be edited together;
.github/workflows/check-prompt-sync.yml fails the build if they drift.

The quickstart's <Prompt> card is unchanged, byte for byte.
- Move SetupPrompt and the prompt text into snippets/setup-prompt.jsx and use
it on both the home page and the quickstart. The built-in <Prompt> copies
its children's source, so <Prompt>{VAR}</Prompt> copies the literal
"{VAR}" (verified in mint dev). One component removes the duplicate text,
the sync script, and its workflow.
- Replace the hand-copied Lucide SVGs with Mintlify's <Icon>, and drop the
local Icon component that shadowed it.
- Only show "Copied" when the clipboard write succeeds. On failure, expand the
prompt so it can be copied by hand.

- Replace hardcoded brand greens with rgb(var(--primary)) and
rgb(var(--primary-light)) so the home page matches docs.json.
- Remove the unused --home-brand-10 token and a label color rule that had no
  effect on mask-based icons.
- Raise specificity on card and secondary-button borders. Mintlify's
`.dark .link` rule was painting their bottom borders green in dark mode.

- Replace the promotional lede with what Mintlify does.
- End card descriptions with periods and drop "our" phrasing.
