Summary

Adds the Governance Working Group from its charter and creates the WG-owned governance-wg repository in the same deploy.

  • src/config/roleIds.ts — adds GOVERNANCE_WG
  • src/config/roles.ts — governance-wg GitHub team under working-groups, plus a synced Discord role
  • src/config/repoAccess.ts — managed governance-wg repository: core-maintainers admin, moderators maintain, governance-wg admin
  • src/config/users.ts — adds the charter members: sarahnovotny (Lead), schlpbch, linsun, pederhp, plus kziemski, with Discord IDs for the synced role

Why a managed repository

The charter says WG Members who are not maintainers draft governance doc changes "from a fork or a WG-owned repository". This entry provides that repository, its baseline settings from REPOSITORY_DEFAULTS, and the team access in one apply. Removing the entry later archives the repository rather than deleting it.

Deploy

pulumi preview should show:

  • repository-governance-wg — create
  • repo-governance-wg — collaborators, depends on the repository create
  • governance-wg GitHub team and Discord role — create

Verification

npm run check passes (prettier, validate-config.ts, 79/79 tests).

Adds the governance-wg role/team under working-groups, a managed
governance-wg repository (core-maintainers admin, moderators maintain,
governance-wg admin), and the charter members: sarahnovotny (existing),
schlpbch, linsun and pederhp (existing).
