Describe the bug

1. Windows size height is getting decreased after every app restart
2. It doesn't save maximized window setting even if I change it manually in app-window-state.json it starts windowed

Steps to reproduce

1. Open app
2. Close app
3. Repeat 1 and 2 steps until you notice

Expected behavior

It shouldn't change window size height after every app restart at least

This bug first appeared after v0.10.8 update IIRC.
May also be related to native decorations setting.

for me its actually the opposite. the window is getting larger instead of smaller
the bottom edge expands so far down that it goes behind the taskbar

turning on "settings > appearance > system window frame" fixed it
