Disabled mods are typically worse now

• I checked the existing issues for duplicate problems

Describe the bug

The disabled folder has been made worse, when I disable a mod, not only does it move it to the bottom, but i can't even sort by the newest installed disabled mod anymore. Makes debugging so much harder.
