Instance mod filter "Newest/Oldest First" doesnt sort by newest and oldest.

Describe the bug

when using the newest first filter inside a instance to search mods, it shows all the enabled projects first, then the disabled ones. vice versa with oldest first.

Steps to reproduce

1. go to a instance with enabled and disabled mods installed
2. use the newest or oldest mod filter
3. scroll to see enabled ones showing first, then disabled ones.

Expected behavior

it should sort to newest/oldest first regardless of mods being disabled/enabled. as theres another filter option that does this purpose already.
