fix(commandline): allow '+' in search regex and update C++ wordlist (@PanicMike-9)

Description

• Command line does not recognize 'code c++' and instead suggest everything with a 'c', that is, code c, code cobol, code cuda, code csharp, etc, but not code c++, so to fix this, removing the '+' from stripPunctuation() function, so command line recognizes c++.
• Expanded the code_c++.json with C++20 keywords, algorithms, memory, cctype functions and more.
