Refresh canonical static-site gate dependency

The canonical static-site validator still installed source-map-js 1.2.1. Consume the published owner bundle from netdata-labs/seo @ dd8d11f0, updating that dependency to 1.2.2 and its manifest checksum. The complete export is byte-identical to its owner.

Gate code, ruleset 10, Node 22, baselines, renderer inputs and indexing policy are unchanged. This is the Learn handoff under SEO SOW-0038; Website receives the same bundle independently.

Validation:

• Clean Node 22.23.2 gate install and export verification passed.
• Fresh owner installation passed all 53 existing tests; owner repository validation passed in 113.6 seconds.
• The updated validator passed the previously qualified 2,032-page production corpus with zero regressions or accepted findings. The renderer is unchanged; this local check does not claim a new renderer build.
• Independent exact dependency, manifest and export review passed.

Merge after the already-published owner commit. No generated content or unrelated dependency updates are included.
