This pull request removes the Runloop sandbox implementation, exports, optional dependency, examples, and provider-specific contract coverage. It also removes the generated reference stubs that import the deleted provider. Shared sandbox coverage continues to exercise supported providers, and the examples runner retains its executable mode.
Documentation #5370 is stacked directly on this implementation branch.
Validation: GitHub Actions passed on the updated head, including Python 3.10–3.14, Windows tests, lint/type checks, packaged contracts, containers, native macOS sandbox tests, and the documentation build. Two independent reviews are clean.
