CSV advertised edit/save support but WebAssembly document queries and edits attempted a
DocumentFilecast and failed. Cache CSV and Markdown through their own document interfaces, and render from that same cached document. Commit service initialization only after its views are available.The CSV integration test and added Markdown assertions fail on the parent. All 68 Node/WebAssembly tests pass, including CSV edits reflected in both rendered HTML and saved bytes.
